- Consultant to E-works (a semi-government organization established to fund the development of e-learning programmes in the TAFE and business sectors) responsible for a web based repository of Learning Objects.
- Consultant to .au Domain Administration Limited in the development of the Technical Specification for the outsourcing of the .au Registry, Non-Performance Criteria for the selected Registry, Conversion Plan for existing Domain information, the .au Domain Disaster Recovery Plan, tender evaluation and acceptance testing of the new Registry.
- Consultant to the Faculty of Information Technology at Monash University as Associate Dean (Research) responsible for the co-ordination of the Faculty's research programme (two-year contract).
- Consultant to the Department of the Treasury and Finance in the selection of a Hardware and Technical Software Infrastructure for the Government of Victoria, and on-going project management of the outsourcing process (9 month contract).
- Consultant to the Faculty of Information Technology at Monash University as a Senior Lecturer (50% of full time) with the School of Computer Science and Software Engineering in, teaching Project Management and Document and Imaging Systems at the undergraduate level.

- Consultant to Australia Post in the evaluation of tenders for an Interworking Unit to allow the interchange of international telegrams between the Overseas Communications Service and AP's Electronic Mail Service.
